Tech support, oh tech support... why must you delay us?
It took them 17 hours to respond to my ticket... and all that they did was tell me that they had to transfer it to a different location (I didn't do anything wrong, they want to be able to pre-screen some of the stuff) and wait for another reply. An hour and a half later, they finally get me someone who knows what they're doing and requests for the final bits of information to get us back up.... 18 and a half hours of waiting for a question.
I've now supplied the tech support with all of the information that they need and haven't received a supply, yet, (nearly 11 hours after replying) but I'm optimistic about the situation. Sadly, we have to just wait for another response before I can finish up and get XF back online.
It's all just a waiting game...

So next time you hear from them, you can finish it up and XF will be back up? I'm guessing by tomorrow it should be all good?

ReplyDeleteI can't wait til XF is back up! I have been on FH for too long and have to get back on XF! Lol I went over to MB to see what's new and searched the site. But man nothing will be better than getting back on XF! Lol
Everything on the site will be exactly as it was when I turned them off, so you will be able to view those PMs that you missed before.
