Lame.

Bills-o-bills. What are we to do about our bills.

I received an e-mail this morning at 3 AM notifying me of the suspension of the access to the server because there was a billing error. I quickly went to the customer panel and hit "Send Payment" and now we're stuck waiting 3-5 business days before it'll be processed.

Yay. <_<

So now we wait...

  1. Those silly bills. For an error on their part, you'd think they would try to fix it as fast as they could, but that's an optimistic type world...

  2. I might be able to contact billing tomorrow afternoon to speed up the process, but not entirely sure if it'll work. :X
